Your Questions, Answered

  • Registrations are completed once payment is received.

    You will receive an email with all the information you need to know 2 weeks prior to in-person training events.

    For online webinars and consultation groups, you will receive an email the week of the event with a Zoom link and additional info, including handouts or resources needed for the training or consultation group

    Individuals may contact Kimberly Jayne Counseling, LLC in writing at info@drkimberlyjayne.com to express concerns about any continuing education program provided by Kimberly Jayne Counseling, LLC. Complaints will be reviewed, and individuals will receive a response within 10 business days.

  • There are no refunds for live webinars or online consultation group sessions. In-person events are refundable minus a $50 administrative fee if notice is provided in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the in-person event.

  • All trainings, events, and consultation groups are offered using Pacific Time unless otherwise noted. Please take care to adjust for your time zone.
